The Russian Charity Fund “The Holy Family” was created in 1998 by the monastic community of Vatican to ensure thorough support and development of the family institution.

The history of this specific monastic community that is known as “The Younger Sisters of the Holy Family” goes back to Italy of the XIX century where, as it is now, the issues of moral education of young generation were of significant and consequential for further society development. The activity of “The Younger Sisters of the Holy Family” was awarded several times by Vatican and was widely represented throughout Italy, Switzerland, Albany, Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Angola and other countries.

In Russia representatives of “The Holy Family” have been providing the invaluable help for difficult families and children who lead vagabondage life.

Currently the Fund is experiencing its second birth and is aimed for family development as the core element of society welfare.
